Would NOT recommend this body shop for car repairs. I was in a car accident March 2024. I originally had another repair shop in mind but they had a long wait list. A friend referred me to New Classic Paint and Body so I gave Rob a call. Initially, everything was fine and I got my car repaired. There was a repair that was overlooked, my headlight. It was damaged in the accident. When I brought it to their attention they took pictures, sent it to the insurance and got a new headlight ordered. They put the headlight in and after a few days I noticed the headlight was damaged due to condensation getting in the headlight. I called Rob to let him know. He told me to come by the shop so he could take picture and get it submitted so another headlight could be ordered. It is now February 2025 and my headlight still hasn’t been repaired. I have called the body shop several times and left numerous messages asking for a follow up or something. No call back on their end and it’s almost as if they are avoiding me. So what am I to do? I chucked it up as a loss! I will buy my own headlight and have another business put it in. It’s just aggravating when businesses have poor communication.

This is quite late in posting but I owe a huge THANK YOU to the amazing technicians here at Classic Paint and Body! Another shop and the at fault person's insurance had deemed my car totalled from just a small quarter sized dent in the front bumper, completely tore my car apart. Unable to accept this, I took my car to Classic Paint and Body and between them and MY insurance company, my car was able to be repaired...even from the mess the other place had made. My car, 2017 Ford Escape, looks amazing and better than ever! I will always be grateful to these amazing technicians as well as the owner for taking such good care if my car! May God continue to bless this business!

Thank you for taking such good care of my Ford-F150! Had a fender bender and brought it in for repair. Great price, quick work, looks like new! Such wonderful customer service. Again, thank you very much. I highly recommend you to anyone needing your services.

If you need body work, bring your car here!!! Let me start by saying that Rob is a true professional. I brought in my car that was damaged and at first felt skeptical because I had brought it in before to another shop for repairs, and they did a terrible job. Rob assured me that my car would be ready in a timely manner and kept me updated. Ensured I got all my original parts, not cheap replicas, and even found and repaired things that weren't fixed in my repairs with the previous body shop. Strongly recommend this place and would take my business here over and over again.
